Per the most recent meeting of SSA 27 Commissioners, the following rules and regulations (this "Agreement") were adopted as they pertain to SHOP Lakeview & SHOP Lakeview Dollars (the "Program"):



  1. Consumers must purchase from a minimum of 5 businesses.
  2. Consumers must spend a minimum of $400.00 in total during the Program, and subject to completion applicable rules and regulations, shall then receive $50 in the form of a "gift certificate" - also known as SHOP Lakeview dollars.
  3. Any one consumer may not receive more than $500.00 SHOP Lakeview Dollars during the given period. All consumer redemptions in excess of $250 SHOP Lakeview Dollars shall be held to the end of the program, and subject to demand, paid pro rata.
  4. Eligible Program shopping begins on November 28 2008 and ends on December 31, 2008.
  5. SHOP Lakeview Dollars are valid for redemption beginning January 1, 2009, and ending February 16, 2009. From and after February 17, 2009, the SHOP Lakeview Dollars shall have no value of any kind.
  6. Reimbursement to participating businesses for redeemed SHOP Lakeview Dollars will begin on or around February 16, 2008.
  7. Business to Business or service related industries are ineligible for the Program.
